Stroud Pupils thinking about Key Workers
Stroud School has been thinking about how they can show their appreciation to key workers during this time.
Pupils and staff all took part in the one minute silence this week in recognition of the lives lost during the pandemic. The event coincided with International Workers’ Memorial Day, an annual observance that pays tribute to workers who have become unwell, injured, disabled or have died due to their work.
Pupils in their Modern Foreign Language club also remembered people key workers who have lost their lives in many different languages!
Year 4 have been practicing formatting spreadsheets and creating their very own square rainbows!
Every day pupils are telling us about things they have done to help. We are pleased to see the Stroud Spirit shining through in all our pupils at this time.
